By accessing or using the EvoPatterns website (the “Site”) and our digital pattern services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of EvoPatterns. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or Services.

2. Description of Services
EvoPatterns provides electronic pre-cut design files (“patterns”) for paint protection film (PPF) and window tint applications. Users can purchase individual pattern files or subscribe to plans that grant access to our pattern library. All content provided (including patterns and website material) is for your professional and/or personal use in accordance with the license provided below.

3. Account Registration
To purchase patterns or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. Ensure that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date. If we suspect that an account is being used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate it.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including pattern file designs, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of EvoPatterns or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. EvoPatterns retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its content.

  • Use of Vehicle Names: Vehicle makes and models are referenced on our Site strictly for identification purposes (e.g., to indicate what car a pattern fits). EvoPatterns is not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturers. All car brand names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

5. License to Use Pattern Files
When you purchase or download a pattern file from EvoPatterns, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that file to cut film and install it on the intended vehicle(s). This license is for individual or single-business use only.

  • You may use the pattern file to produce film kits for personal use or for your customers’ vehicles. You may print, plot, or otherwise cut material using the pattern as many times as needed for those vehicles.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital pattern file itself with any third party (outside of your own business or team). In other words, you can use the files to provide installation services or kits, but you can’t give or sell the raw file to someone else.
  • You may not reverse-engineer or use our pattern files to create competing pattern products or services.
    All pattern designs remain the intellectual property of EvoPatterns. Unauthorized distribution of pattern files is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination and legal action.

6. Ordering and Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase (unless you are on a subscription plan, in which case payments will occur according to the subscription schedule). Prices are listed in the currency indicated on the Site and are subject to change. We strive for accuracy in pricing and product descriptions; in the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and inform you, giving you the option to proceed or cancel the order.
Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers. EvoPatterns itself does not store your full credit card details. By completing a transaction, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the full amount of the order (including any applicable taxes or fees).

7. Subscription Plans
If you enroll in a subscription (such as an unlimited download plan), your subscription will automatically renew at the interval disclosed (e.g., monthly or annually) and your provided payment method will be charged each cycle until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation will stop future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing or offerings, but you will be notified in advance and have the opportunity to cancel if you do not agree to changes.

8. Delivery of Digital Goods
Upon successful payment, pattern files are made available for download in your account (and a download link may be sent via email). Ensure that the email address on your account is correct, as order confirmations and download links will be sent there. If you have any issues accessing your purchased files, contact customer support for assistance. Because of the instant-access nature of digital goods, please review our Refund Policy (Section 11) for information on how we handle refunds or file issues.

9. User Conduct
You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using our Services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Site or systems.
  • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Site (such as introducing viruses or malicious code).
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when communicating with us or other users (for example, in reviews or forums if applicable).
    We reserve the right to monitor activity on our Site and investigate any violations of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee that every pattern will be absolutely flawless or meet every user’s specific needs. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular pattern will be available at all times. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVOPATTERNS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Use of our Services is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EvoPatterns (including its owners, employees, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, Services, or pattern files. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or the cost of procuring substitute services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to EvoPatterns in the 6 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. In such cases, liability is limited to the least extent permissible by applicable law.

12. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a pattern file has been downloaded (see our Refund Policy page for details). We do not accept returns or exchanges of digital files. However, if you encounter a technical issue (such as a corrupt file or an accidental duplicate purchase), please contact us – we will review issues on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or remedy as outlined in our Refund Policy.

13. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Modifications to Services or Terms
